Honor X7e silently launched with a 7,500mAh battery

Honor has silently introduced a new budget 4G smartphone in select global markets. The phone’s called the Honor X7e and its key selling point is the large 7,500mAh battery.

The Honor X7e is powered by the MediaTek Helio G81 Ultra chipset and runs Android 16-based MagicOS 10.0.

As mentioned in the beginning, the highlight of the phone is its large 7,500mAh battery, which supports 45W wired charging. In some regions, the handset will come with a 7,000mAh battery.

The device sports a 6.6-inch LCD display up front with an HD+ resolution and a refresh rate of up to 120Hz.

Moving to the back, the Honor X7e gets a 50MP main camera that’s paired with an auxiliary lens. For selfies and video calls, the phone has a 5MP camera.

Elsewhere, the handset offers a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, an IP64 rating, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a dedicated one-tap AI key.

In terms of connectivity, you get Bluetooth 5.1, dual-band Wi-Fi, dual SIM 4G, GPS, and a USB 2.0 Type-C port.

The Honor X7e is currently available for purchase in Malaysia in a single 6GB/256GB variant. It’s priced at MYR 899 ($225) and is being sold in Midnight Black and Sunset Orange shades.
